Bar Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and energetic individual to join our new young and vibrant beverage team. A good track record with a minimum of 3 years bar experience is required with references as well as a strong knowledge of beverages in the areas of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails. This will be hands on management style so you need to be someone that wants to be on the floor and in the action.

You will have an exceptional focus on customer service, strong leadership and people management, willing to take on new challenges and training to assist with managing our bar.

You will be great for the role if you have the following:

• substantial experience in Food and Beverage
• experience with both beers, mixed drinks, wine and cocktails are essential
• have previous experience in managing a busy bar
• self motivated, passionate and dedicated to continuous improvement
• have the ability to motivate, mentor and educate employees
• excellent interpersonal communication skills and a proven commitment to customer satisfaction

Minimum 5 nights a week including weekends

Remuneration will be based on your experience.

Waiter / Waitress

Min 2 years experience in busy restaurant, customer service orientated team worker and fun person

Bar Person

Min 1 year experience in busy bar, customer service orientated team worker and fun person

Chef

Min 1 year experience in busy restaurant, service orientated team worker.
